Media Player Classic complains of a missing codec with "formattype" of FORMAT_WaveFormatEx {05589F81-C356-11CE-BF01-00AA0055595A} what does this mean?

Media Player Classic displays an error including the following format error:

majortype: MEDIATYPE_Audio {73647561-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}
subtype: Unknown GUID Name {46575341-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}
formattype: FORMAT_WaveFormatEx {05589F81-C356-11CE-BF01-00AA0055595A}

According to the Media Player Classic FAQ, this is a missing AMR Codec which needs to be enabled in FFDShow's audio configuration.
